About this role
Summary:
The AI & Data Strategy Manager is responsible for leading AI demand intake, opportunity shaping, and ensuring the delivery of measurable business impact. The role involves managing AI product backlog, defining AI product strategy, and driving cross-functional alignment to achieve strategic business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Lead AI demand intake and opportunity shaping:
- Manage the intake process for AI use cases across Delivery Teams and Product Capabilities.
- Identify high-impact opportunities aligned with business priorities.
- Own AI product backlog and prioritization:
- Evaluate, score, and prioritize AI use cases based on value, feasibility, and strategic fit.
- Maintain a clear, outcome-driven roadmap of AI initiatives and communicate regular updates on progress.
- Define AI product strategy and success criteria:
- Translate business needs into AI-enabled solutions and product requirements.
- Define KPIs including productivity gains, cycle time reduction, and cost efficiency.
- Drive cross-functional alignment:
- Partner with business stakeholders, domain experts, and technical partners to shape solutions and ensure feasibility.
- Support governance forums and funding alignment.
- Ensure delivery of measurable business impact:
- Track adoption, performance, and outcomes of AI initiatives.
- Continuously optimize prioritization based on results and feedback.
Requirements:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Agile/Scrum certifications are a plus.
- AI, Automation, or Product Management certifications are a plus.
Required Skills:
- Product Management & Agile Delivery: At least 5 years of experience.
- AI / Automation / Agentic Solutions: At least 3 years of experience.
- Business Process & Operational Transformation: At least 5 years of experience.
Preferred Skills:
