Role: AI Data Scientist

Desired Experience Range: 5-10 years

Location: Chennai, Hyderabad, Gurugram.

Roles Responsibilities-

• Cloud Data Platforms: AWS (S3, EMR, Glue, Redshift, Athena), Azure (Blob, ADLS, ADF, Synapse), Google Cloud (BigQuery, DataProc), Snowflake, Databricks
• Data Lake Architecture knowledge
• Data Governance, Data Quality, Security, and Compliance in Cloud
• AI & GenAI Integration in Data Platforms (e.g., leveraging LLMs, ML pipelines)
• Knowledge of ETLs - Informatica, DBT, Mattilion
• Architect and design presales solutions for cloud data platforms, focusing on scalability, security, and AI/GenAI integration
• Delivery of customer Cloud data Strategies for Marketing, aligned with customers business objectives and with a focus on Cloud Migrations.
• Provide leadership in platform migration methodologies and techniques including governance frameworks, guidelines, and best practices.
• Build point of views, thought leadership, solutions for proposals, competency development and mentoring etc.
• Solution Design experience on Data Lake, Data Warehouse, BI, Data Mart and Analytics systems.
• Delivery of Cloud data strategies, aligned with customer’s business objectives and with a focus on Cloud Migration.
• Consulting and advisory for data driven use cases for Marketing function.
• In-depth knowledge of modern data and analytical technologies, including MPP and NoSQL databases, Data Lake and Data Warehouse.
• Solid understanding of AI and Generative AI applications for data.
• Proven experience in data architecture, governance, quality standards, and security practices across at least two implementations.
• Demonstrated experience in customer-facing roles, providing solutions for diverse data use cases.
• Certification in cloud-based data platforms.
• Expertise in GTM for data - Technical solutions, Pre-sales, POC, Consulting
• Documented record of thought leadership and innovation in Big Data, along with a comprehensive understanding of the data landscape and emerging technologies.
• Outstanding communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities.
• Demonstrated experience in consulting engagements related to data strategy or comparable domains.
• In-depth functional knowledge of sales and marketing, including expertise in the Martech and Adtech ecosystems from a data and analytics standpoint.
• Advanced understanding of the foundational infrastructure underlying Big Data solutions, such as clustered/distributed computing, storage, and data center networking.
• Active participation in data practice initiatives, contributing to the development of points of view, thought leadership, proposal solutions, competency building, and mentoring activities.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive organizational change, supported by strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management capabilities.
