AI Data Scientist | LLM Model Trainer

Role & responsibilities

• Train and fine-tune LLMs and GenAI models.
• Develop recommendation and personalization solutions.
• Optimize AI/ML algorithms and model performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for AI solution delivery.
• Ensure compliance with SDLC, security, and governance standards.
• Prepare technical documentation and support production deployments.

Preferred candidate profile

Looking for AI Data Scientists / LLM Model Trainers with 6 -8years of experience in GenAI, LLM Training, Machine Learning, Recommendation Systems, NLP, Python, RAG, and AI Model Optimization. Candidates with hands-on experience in personalization engines, user behavior analytics, cloud AI platforms, and enterprise AI solution delivery are preferred.
