What We're Looking For We are acquiring complete codebases — platforms, applications, software, or web applications — solely for training our AI model. This is not a product acquisition; we will not launch, resell, or commercialize your code in any form. Your work will contribute exclusively to model training.

Who Can Apply Anyone who owns a complete, functional (or semi-functional) codebase and no longer needs it can apply — regardless of your background or how the code was originally built.

Compensation We use an internal valuation calculator that determines your payout based on several objective code-quality factors, including:

• Total Lines of Code (LoC) — overall size and scope of the codebase
• Number of Repositories & Pull Requests — structural depth of the project (ideally 100+ PRs per repo)
• Average LoC per PR — indicates the substance of individual contributions
• PR Quality Mix: % of simple fixes (config changes, dependency bumps, typo fixes)
• % of standard feature work (touches multiple files, tests, linked issues)
• % of rich tasks (linked issue + substantive review discussion — strong signal of genuine human-driven development)
• Number of Commits — overall development activity and history
• Unit Test Coverage % — quality and reliability of the codebase (branch coverage valued highest, followed by line and function coverage) The richer, more human-generated, and better-tested your codebase is, the higher its valuation.

Confidentiality: All submissions are treated with discretion. Your codebase will be used strictly for internal model training purposes and not for sale/resale.
