Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business, operations, IT, and leadership teams to streamline workflows.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives focused on productivity, cost optimization, quality, and process visibility.
• Share industry insights and practical perspectives on the adoption of AI, automation, analytics, and enterprise technology.
• Work with senior stakeholders to identify business problems and assess potential technology solutions.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 15+ years of professional experience in operations, technology, manufacturing, supply chain, business transformation, or related functions.
• Experience in a leadership or decision-making role, such as COO, CIO, VP/Director of Operations, Head of Operational Excellence, or Head of Digital Transformation.
• Strong understanding of enterprise workflows, operational challenges, and process improvement.
• Experience evaluating, implementing, or sponsoring technology and automation initiatives.
• Ability to work across business and technology teams and communicate with senior stakeholders.
• Open to professionals from manufacturing, logistics, construction, healthcare, insurance, and other industries.
