The Role:

We are seeking a highly creative visual storyteller to be the face and voice of Job Excello across social media. You will conceptualize, shoot, and edit high-converting video content (reels, shorts, promotional videos) to drive app downloads and website traffic.

Core Responsibilities:

• Produce engaging, viral-worthy short-form video content (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok) highlighting Job Excello s features.
• Leverage cutting-edge AI digital content tools (e.g., Midjourney, Runway, HeyGen, ChatGPT) to accelerate content production and create visually stunning assets.
• Own the entire video production pipeline: ideation, scripting, shooting, and editing.
• Stay ahead of social media trends and adapt audio/visual formats to maximize organic reach.

Ideal Skills & Profile:

• Strong portfolio of short-form video content and social media editing.
• Proficiency with modern video editing software (Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci) and generative AI content tools.
• Highly creative with an intuitive understanding of hook-driven digital storytelling.

• Structure: This is a 3-month Trainee/Internship program designed to test your real-world execution.
• Stipend: 10,000 per month (Fixed) for the first 3 months.
• The Upside: This is an audition for a permanent role. If you consistently hit the targets, take complete ownership of your vertical, and contribute directly to the company s growth you will be offered a highly competitive full-time position immediately following the 3-month period.

Selection Process: Shortlisted candidates will be asked to create a 30-second promotional reel for Job Excello. Final interview to follow.
