0:00Why are cortisol levels in women so high right now?0:02Since the 1980s, chronic stress in women has been rising steadily every single decade, and cortisol, your primary stress hormone, has been rising with it.0:12That means a woman in her thirties today often has significantly higher cortisol than a woman in her mothers generation.0:18Biologically, her body is running a stress response that previous generations simply did not experience at this scale.0:24So what changed?0:26Scientists are not completely sure, but it is likely a combination of doing more, sleeping less, hormonal shifts that nobody warned us about, environmental factors, and the fact that the coffee most of us have been drinking every single morning has been quietly spiking our cortisol before our day has even started.0:41So what can you do about it?0:42Well first, if you are curious about your cortisol levels, you can actually get a home saliva test done.0:46It is worth knowing where you are starting.0:48Other than that, the single most effective change I have made is swapping my morning coffee for Vahdam Ashwagandha coffee with KSM 66. 50 plus clinical trials proven to lower cortisol by 27.9%. Same cup, same morning, nothing else changed.1:04Lower cortisol means less bloating, less puffiness, less anxiety, better energy, better sleep.1:09Your body finally gets the signal that it is safe to calm down.1:1265% off right now, 6 free gifts, 2 cups a day. VAHDAM INDIA

AI Content Video Editor

Noida • Full-time • 4 openings

Payroll partner will be Adecco

Start date: Immediate Experience: 13 years Reporting to: Growth Team

About the role

We're building an AI-driven content engine at Vahdam — multiple short-form video personas posting across Instagram simultaneously, all designed to drive product discovery and Amazon conversions. Think less "social media manager" and more "content factory operator."

You'll be editing 5+ reels a day, working with AI-generated video (HeyGen, Higgsfield), and moving. If you've spent time on health, wellness or supplement content and you understand what makes people stop scrolling, this role is for you.

What you'll do

• Edit 5 short-form reels per day — captions, cuts, music, hooks, subtitles
• Work with AI-generated talking-head video from HeyGen and adapt it for Instagram Reels format
• Follow content briefs but bring your own judgment on pacing, hooks and scroll-stopping moments
• Monitor which reels are getting traction and flag them to the team for boosting
• Stay on top of what's working in the health and wellness content space — formats, trends, sounds
• Maintain consistent output quality across a high volume pipeline

What we're looking for

• 1–3 years editing short-form video, ideally Reels or TikTok
• Solid with Heygen, Higgsfield and other AI Video Creation tools
• You understand the structure of a good hook and can execute it in the edit
• Comfortable with high output — quality at volume is the job
• Bonus: experience with health, wellness or D2C supplement content

Tools you'll work with

1. HeyGen, Higgsfield

2. Instagram

3. Google Drive

4. Premiere Pro
