AI - Business Analyst

Role & responsibilities

• Work closely with business stakeholders to identify and define AI use cases.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for AI/GenAI initiatives.
• Evaluate and recommend AI architectures, frameworks, and solution approaches.
• Collaborate with AI Engineers, Architects, Product Owners, and Project Managers.
• Support design of AI Agent, Agentic AI, and RAG-based solutions.
• Facilitate workshops, requirement discussions, solution reviews, and stakeholder presentations.
• Ensure explainability, traceability, governance, and responsible AI practices are considered during solution design.
• Assist in AI product delivery using Agile methodologies.
• Evaluate AI outputs, risks, and business adoption strategies.

Preferred candidate profile

• 5+ years of overall IT experience.
• Minimum 3 years focused on AI/ML, Generative AI, RAG, or Agentic AI platforms.
• Strong understanding of LLMs and Generative AI ecosystems.
• Experience working with Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, or similar AI platforms.
• Knowledge of LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or equivalent agent frameworks.
• Understanding of RAG architectures, vector databases, embeddings, and knowledge management approaches.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
