Special Projects Team . In this role, you'll work on high-impact internal initiatives that help teams across the organization become more efficient through AI. From building AI agents and internal tools to automating workflows and integrating AI into everyday business processes, you'll play a key role in shaping how our teams leverage AI. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who loves learning by building, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to work on practical AI applications with real business impact. This isn't a traditional software engineering internship. The focus is on building AI-powered solutions using modern AI tools, agents, and automation platforms. What You'll Do
- Build AI-powered internal tools and applications for teams across the organization.
- Design, develop, and iterate on AI agents for business use cases.
- Automate repetitive workflows using AI and no-code/low-code automation platforms.
- Experiment with the latest LLMs, AI frameworks, and agentic workflows to identify practical use cases.
- Integrate AI models with internal systems, APIs, and business applications.
- Prototype solutions rapidly, gather feedback, and continuously improve them.
- Collaborate with stakeholders from different teams to understand problems and translate them into AI-driven solutions.
- Document solutions, best practices, and reusable AI workflows.
What We're Looking For
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong curiosity about Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, and workflow automation.
- Basic understanding of APIs and integrations.
- Familiarity with one or more AI platforms or frameworks such as OpenAI APIs, Anthropic, Gemini, LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen, n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar tools is a plus.
- Ability to learn quickly and independently experiment with new technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
Bonus Points If You Have
- Built personal AI projects, chatbots, AI agents, or workflow automations.
- Experience using vector databases, RAG, MCP, embeddings, or prompt engineering.
- Experience integrating AI with productivity tools like Slack, Google Workspace, Notion, Jira, or similar platforms.
- Contributions to GitHub or a portfolio showcasing AI projects.
