AI Builder-Intern

About MyGenie- MyGenie runs interior fit-out and construction projects end to end — design, BOQs, scheduling, on-site execution, billing. We do dozens of sites at once, for clients like Reliance, Aditya Birla, and Landmark. Construction is one of the last industries still run on pen, paper, and WhatsApp. We're changing that. We've taken the company from ~2% to ~98% AI adoption, and rebuilt our entire PM and finance tooling on AI in two months — not a year. The agents our own teams use every day: As an intern, you'd build exactly this — close to the site, in front of the person using it.

You might be a fit if you: Have built something real on your own- a side project, a freelance gig, a hackathon build. Something you can talk about with pride. Build with agentic coding tools — Claude Code or Codex. This isn't optional. If you're driving real work through an agent (not just autocomplete), and you have opinions about how, that's the signal we want. Can explain a technical thing clearly to a non-technical person — a site supervisor, a planner, a vendor. Are comfortable when the problem is vague and nobody hands you a spec, and you're willing to go to a site to understand it. We don't care about your GPA, your college tier, or how many DSA problems you've solved. We care about what you've built, how you think, and how you communicate.
