About this role
Job Summary
This role is for people who are exceptionally talented in one area and want to prove it. As an AI Builder, you ll learn to take an AI product from idea to launch, writing the software with AI coding tools and owning the product decisions behind it.
Responsibilities
- Learn how AI products are made. Learn how AI-powered products are designed and developed, from the people building them.
- Build with AI coding. Turn ideas into working products using Python, LLM APIs, Frappe and AI coding tools such as Claude Code and Codex.
- Think like a product manager. Take on product management responsibilities for what you build. Learn to decide what to build and why, not just how.
Qualifications
- An engineering degree, giving you a strong technical foundation.
- A builder s track record. You have built products of your own, and you can show us what you made.
- A way with prompts. You know how to write prompts that get great results from AI, and you enjoy refining them.
