We've been quietly embedding AI and automation into how we deliver client work — document parsers, deliverable generators, compliance workflows, agent-driven extraction. It's working. We need one more hands-on builder to sit beside a senior consultant and ship more of it. This isn't a research or shadowing role. The senior brings the regulatory domain. You bring the code, the prompts, and the agent design. By week two, what you build should be running in production.
