AI & Automation Engineer

Lascade is looking for an innovative

AI & Automation Engineer to help us build AI-powered products and intelligent internal systems that improve productivity, customer experience, and business growth. We’re building SaaS AI-powered tools, mobile applications, travel technology, subscription products, and digital services. We’re looking for someone who enjoys experimenting with AI, building practical solutions, and automating repetitive work across the company. What You’ll Do • Design and build AI-powered features for our web and mobile products. • Develop intelligent automation workflows that improve productivity across different teams. • Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs), AI APIs, and modern AI services into our products. • Build AI-powered tools for content generation, customer support, research, reporting, and internal operations. • Develop AI assistants and workflows that help Product, Marketing, Business Development, and Customer Support teams. • Build internal dashboards, automation tools, and workflow systems. • Continuously evaluate new AI technologies and recommend practical applications. • Optimize AI performance, accuracy, reliability, and cost. • Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Growth teams to launch AI-driven features. • Document solutions and share best practices across the engineering team.

What We’re Looking For • 2+ years of experience building AI-powered applications or automation systems. • Strong programming skills with modern software development practices. • Experience working with AI APIs, LLMs, automation platforms, or machine learning services. • Understanding of prompt engineering, AI workflows, and API integrations. • Strong problem-solving skills and curiosity for emerging technologies. • Ability to quickly learn and experiment with new AI tools. • Passion for building products that solve real business problems.

Nice to Have • Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). • Experience building AI agents or workflow automation. • Experience integrating AI into SaaS or mobile applications. • Knowledge of vector databases and embeddings. • Experience with cloud platforms and serverless architecture. • Experience contributing to AI or open-source projects.
