AI Automation & Business Systems Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for an AI Automation & Business Systems Engineer to automate repetitive business processes across Operations, Sales, Finance, Compliance, and other teams using AI and automation tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and automate manual business processes.
• Build workflows using n8n, Make, Zapier, Power Automate, etc.
• Integrate systems using REST APIs, Webhooks, JSON, and Postman.
• Work with OpenAI, Claude, Gemini and other LLM APIs.
• Write basic Python/JavaScript scripts when required.
• Work with SQL and databases.
• Manage workflow testing, error handling, logging, and monitoring.
• Coordinate with business teams and developers to implement automation solutions.

Required Skills

• n8n / Make / Zapier / Power Automate or similar
• REST APIs, Webhooks, JSON, OAuth/API Keys
• OpenAI / Claude / Gemini APIs
• Python or JavaScript/TypeScript
• BasicIntermediate SQL
• Git/GitHub
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Good to Have: OCR/PDF processing, RAG, AI Agents, PostgreSQL, Docker, AWS/Azure/GCP experience.
