About this role
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated AI Automation Business Analyst to support Finance Automation and AI initiatives across the organization.
This role will act as the bridge between Finance business users, technology teams, data teams, and automation developers to identify opportunities, gather requirements, drive solution delivery, and support AI-enabled transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Finance stakeholders to identify automation and AI opportunities across Finance processes.
- Conduct workshops, process walkthroughs, and discovery sessions to gather business requirements.
- Document current-state and future-state processes, business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.
- Support implementation of AI and automation solutions using RPA, Power Platform, Power BI, and AI tools.
- Coordinate across business users, developers, data teams, and support teams.
- Facilitate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and validate delivered solutions against requirements.
- Track project tasks, risks, dependencies, timelines, and status updates.
- Support governance, intake processes, prioritization, and automation inventory management.
- Assist in KPI tracking, ROI analysis, and operational reporting for automation initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3-7 years of experience in Business Analysis, Automation, or Digital Transformation roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience supporting cross-functional technology projects.
- Familiarity with Finance processes such as AP, AR, GL, Reporting, or Close processes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AI, automation, or digital transformation initiatives.
- Exposure to UiPath, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, Alteryx, SQL, Snowflake, or Oracle Fusion.
- Understanding of AI concepts including copilots, chatbots, and prompt engineering.
- Experience with Agile delivery methodologies.
