Role Description As an AI & Automation Associate at NeoFinity, you will support the design, development, and optimization of AI-driven workflows and automation solutions across products and internal operations. You will work closely with product, engineering, and business teams to identify repetitive processes, gather requirements, and translate them into scalable, automated solutions using appropriate tools and frameworks. Daily responsibilities include building and maintaining automation scripts, integrating APIs, monitoring performance, troubleshooting issues, and documenting processes and improvements. You will assist in analyzing data to refine AI models, enhance user experiences, and support decision-making with actionable insights. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, where you will collaborate directly with cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced, innovation-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in programming and scripting (e.g., Python, JavaScript) and familiarity with automation frameworks and tools.
• Understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, including basic model development, evaluation, and deployment workflows.
• Experience working with APIs, data integration, and databases (SQL or NoSQL) for building and maintaining automated solutions.
• Ability to analyze data, interpret results, and provide insights to improve processes, user journeys, and product performance.
• Comfort with modern productivity and workflow tools (e.g., RPA platforms, low-code/no-code automation tools, version control systems).
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field; relevant internships or project experience in AI/automation are a plus.
• Interest in fintech and digital payments, with a willingness to learn about financial products and regulatory considerations.
