ROLE OVERVIEW
Position Name: AI Associate Product Manager
Experience : Min. 2+ Yrs
CTC : As per company standards.
We are looking for a proactive, analytical, and execution-focused Associate Product Manager (APM) to support the product team across the product lifecycle from research and requirement gathering to execution, testing, and
product enhancements.
The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, product thinking ability, and experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced SaaS or technology-driven environment.
EXCITED ABOUT YOUR TASKS
Work directly with Product Managers to support product strategy, roadmap planning, and execution activities.
Assist in preparing PRDs, user stories, workflows, acceptance criteria, and feature documentation.
Coordinate with Engineering, QA, Design, AI, and Business teams to ensure smooth execution of product initiatives.
Track sprint progress, feature development, bug fixes, and release activities across products.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user feedback analysis to support product improvements.
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and release discussions.
Support product testing, UAT validation, and feature release coordination.
Analyze product metrics, user behavior, and customer feedback to derive actionable insights.
Collaborate with customer-facing teams to understand business challenges and product enhancement
requirements.
Maintain product trackers, release notes, and documentation to ensure process visibility and alignment.
WHAT WILL YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
2-4 years of experience in Product Management, Associate Product Management, Product Analysis, or Business
Analysis roles.
Experience working closely with Product Managers and cross-functional teams in a SaaS/product-based company.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, SDLC, sprint workflows, and product lifecycle management.
Hands-on experience in requirement gathering, PRD creation, user stories, and workflow documentation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with product-thinking ability.
Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, Notion, Postman, Excel, or analytics platforms.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to multitask and manage execution in a fast-paced startup environment.
Understanding of AI, automation, SaaS, HR Tech, or B2B platforms will be an added advantage.
Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Analytics, or related fields.
