ROLE OVERVIEW

The AI Architect will lead the design of scalable secure and maintainable technology solutions while embedding pragmatic AI acceleration into software engineering practices The role requires strong architecture capability across cloud native platforms APIs microservices front end and integration patterns combined with hands on understanding of Claude AI prompt engineering LLM enabled workflows and responsible AI adoption across the SDLC

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deep expertise in all aspects around Agentic ecosystem from tooling to tech
• Expertise in system design wrt polyglot technology
• Able to do Architecture ideation based on the org policies on AISDLC from governance to security
• Deep expertise in incorporating AI elements into business solution and software engineering
• Define end to end technical architecture across front end API microservices integration data and deployment layers Create solution blueprints reference architectures design patterns and engineering guardrails that can be consumed by multiple squads
• Create blueprints for Goals Planning artifacts Model Optimization Handoffs Skills Output and Validation blueprints
• Guide engineering teams on design decisions related to scalability resilience security performance maintainability and observability
• Integrate AI assisted engineering practices into the SDLC including requirements refinement design exploration code
• generation support test acceleration and documentation
• Evaluate fit for purpose use of Claude AI and other LLM capabilities for software engineering productivity knowledge
• management and delivery acceleration
• Collaborate with business analysts full stack engineers quality engineers and delivery leaders to translate business goals into robust technical execution
• Review architecture and code for adherence to standards reusable patterns security expectations and cloud native

• Support API strategy event driven architecture integration design data movement patterns and service contract

• Mentor engineers and technical leads on modernization AI augmented delivery and pragmatic architecture practices
• TECHNICAL SKILLS
• Deep expertise in all aspects around Agentic ecosystem from tooling to tech
• Expertise in system design wrt polyglot technology
• Able to do Architecture ideation based on the org policies on AISDLC from governance to security
• Deep expertise in incorporating AI elements into business solution and software engineering
• Strong ability to use Claude AI for architecture ideation design comparison prompt engineering SDLC acceleration and engineering productivity improvement
• Ability to create structured prompts for analyzing requirements generating architecture options identifying risks creating design documentation and improving engineering workflows
• Practical understanding of LLM enabled solution patterns including prompt design context management retrieval
• augmented approaches tool assisted workflows and human in the loop validation
• Knowledge of responsible AI practices such as output verification governance privacy security auditability and safe use of enterprise data
• Over 12 years of strong architecture experience across Angular or comparable frontend frameworks API platforms and modern service oriented architectures
• Hands on knowledge of cloud native design using Docker Kubernetes CICD pipelines and infrastructure aware
• engineering practices
• Experience with microservices REST APIs messaging and event driven patterns using technologies such as Kafka or
• equivalent platforms
• Strong understanding of security identity access control secrets management logging observability monitoring and
• resilience patterns
• Experience defining engineering standards for code quality automated testing deployment automation release
• governance and operational readiness
• Awareness of GenAI or LLM frameworks model APIs orchestration patterns data grounding prompt lifecycle management and evaluation approaches
• Ability to assess tradeoffs across cost reliability complexity maintainability and speed of delivery
