Role Summary:
Lead the review, remediation, and governance of Power Platform and Copilot Studio solutions. Manage environment strategy, observability, and ongoing support, ensuring alignment with Microsoft best practices.
What Youll Do:
- Review agents, topics, flows, and connectors against Microsoft best practices; produce a remediation backlog
- Set up environment strategy and ALM including dev/test/prod, solutions, managed environments, and pipelines
- Define governance covering DLP policies, connector controls, authentication, data access, and Responsible AI
- Add observability for usage, token/message consumption, cost, failure, and PII monitoring
- Take over run-and-maintain activities for agents
- Advise on extension with Azure AI Foundry or pro-code when no-code reaches limits
What We re Looking For (Must-Haves):
- 10+ years in Microsoft solutions
- 2+ years on Copilot Studio (or Power Virtual Agents)
- Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse, Power Platform admin, and CoE toolkit
- Familiarity with Entra ID, DLP, and Purview basics
- Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot extensibility
- Knowledge of Azure AI Foundry / Azure OpenAI and Semantic Kernel
Good to Have (Optional - only if mentioned):
- Microsoft certifications (PL-600, AI-102)
- Managed-service or support delivery experience
