AI and Data Testing

Required Skills

• 5–8 years of experience in ETL/DWH/Data Testing.
• Strong SQL skills for complex business logic, transformations, analytics, and data validation.
• Hands-on Python/PySpark for test automation and repetitive data checks.
• Experience with Data Migration/Modernization projects and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Hands-on experience with Databricks on AWS/Azure.
• Good understanding of CSV, JSON, and other data formats.
• Insurance domain and Databricks testing experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end testing of an assigned track independently.
• Gather requirements and provide testing status, risks, mitigation, and defect updates to clients.
• Perform source-to-target validation, data reconciliation, data quality, and transformation testing.
• Design and execute complex SQL-based validation checks.
• Automate manual/repetitive testing using Python/PySpark.
• Perform testing for data migration, modernization, and Databricks-based solutions.
• Participate in defect triage, RCA, retesting, and closure.
