If you have a strong background in computer vision, deep learning, and real-time video analytics, we want you to help us build intelligent video analytics solutions for crowd management and CCTV-based surveillance systems. Position Details: Role: AI Analytics Developer Experience: 2-5 Years Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent Department: Engineering - Software & QA Industry Type: Surveillance Education: Any Graduate / Any Postgraduate Key Responsibilities: Design and develop AI/ML models for crowd density estimation, crowd flow analysis, anomaly detection, and behavior recognition from CCTV video feeds. Build computer vision modules for object detection, tracking, and re-identification (person/vehicle) using frameworks such as YOLO, OpenCV, and deep learning-based detectors. Develop real-time video analytics pipelines capable of processing multi-camera RTSP/IP camera streams with low latency. Implement features such as crowd counting, congestion alerts, restricted-zone intrusion detection, loitering detection, and unusual activity/event detection. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (backend, frontend, hardware/IoT) to integrate AI modules into existing surveillance and command-control systems. Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines for video ingestion, frame extraction, model inference, and result storage. Optimize AI models for edge deployment (NVIDIA Jetson, edge GPUs) as well as cloud-based inference for scalability. Conduct research and stay updated on the latest advancements in computer vision, crowd analytics, and surveillance AI technologies. Work closely with stakeholders (security teams, city/venue management, product managers) to understand operational needs and translate them into technical solutions. Deploy, monitor, and continuously improve AI models in production environments, ensuring high accuracy and reliability under varying lighting, weather, and crowd conditions. Set up dashboards and alerting systems for real-time crowd analytics and incident reporting. What We Are Looking For: A strong foundation in computer science, mathematics, and statistics, particularly in computer vision and signal/image processing. Mandatory proficiency in Python; working knowledge of C++ is a plus for performance-critical modules. Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar. Strong experience with computer vision libraries/tools such as OpenCV, YOLO (v5/v8/v9), Detectron2, or similar object detection/tracking frameworks. Experience working with CCTV/IP camera systems, RTSP streaming, and video processing pipelines. Familiarity with crowd analytics concepts: density estimation, heatmaps, flow analysis, and anomaly detection. Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud for model training, deployment, and scaling. Experience with edge AI deployment (NVIDIA Jetson, TensorRT, OpenVINO) is a strong plus. Familiarity with containerization and deployment tools (Docker, Kubernetes) for production AI systems. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, particularly in real-time, mission-critical environments.
