Responsibilities
- Build and deploy AI-powered workflows, automations, agents, and operational tools for 3PL and logistics processes.
- Develop APIs, integrations, orchestration, and backend services using technologies such as Python and TypeScript.
- Design LLM applications, retrieval systems, evaluations, tool use, state management, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
- Deploy, monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize AI systems for reliability, security, scalability, and cost.
- Collaborate with operations, technology, and business teams to identify problems and turn them into practical AI solutions.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience building and deploying AI applications, automations, workflows, or agentic systems.
- Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, automation, orchestration, or backend development.
- Experience with Python, TypeScript, or comparable programming technologies.
- Ability to work with LLMs, AI agents, retrieval, tool calling, evaluation, or AI workflow systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills with evidence of delivering practical technology solutions—not simply AI certifications or theoretical knowledge.
- Experience building production-grade AI agents with tools, memory/state, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop controls.
- Experience with cloud platforms, databases, CI/CD, observability, monitoring, security, and scalable backend systems.
- Experience with RAG, vector databases, model evaluation, prompt engineering, or LLM observability.
- Experience applying AI to 3PL, logistics, warehousing, transportation, supply chain, or other operational environments.
- Portfolio evidence such as GitHub repositories, code samples, demos, workflow examples, architecture diagrams, technical documentation, or evaluation results.
