Position: AI Agent Specialist & Full-Stack Developer Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai Employment Type: Full-Time Pentacle Consultants (I) Pvt. Ltd., a Mumbai-based infrastructure consultancy established in 2006 delivering large-scale projects across transport, water, urban planning, and healthcare, is seeking an experienced AI Agent Specialist & Full-Stack Developer. The successful candidate will design and implement AI-powered solutions to streamline Business Development, Tendering, Proposal Management, Finance, and Accounts Operations, and will be responsible for the development, deployment, and hosting of the web applications supporting these functions. Key Responsibilities Design and deploy AI agents for Business Development, Tendering, and Accounts processes Automate tender search, bid qualification, proposal generation, and submission workflows Develop AI-powered systems for lead generation, CRM management, and client engagement Build intelligent agents for invoice processing, reconciliations, financial reporting, and compliance monitoring Integrate AI solutions with ERP, CRM, accounting, and project management platforms Develop RAG-based knowledge systems for contracts, tenders, and financial documentation Create dashboards and analytics for management reporting and business insights Design, build, and maintain full-stack web applications (React/Node.js) supporting internal tools such as ERP and finance systems Manage end-to-end deployment, including containerization (Docker), server configuration (Nginx), and cloud hosting (AWS) Oversee domain management, SSL, CI/CD pipelines, and production uptime Ensure data security, compliance, and governance standards are maintained Required Skills Generative AI (GPT, Gemini, Claude, Llama) AI Agent Frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, LangGraph, AutoGen) Prompt Engineering and Workflow Automation Python Programming Full-Stack Development (React.js, Node.js, Express) Database design and management (SQL/NoSQL) API Development and Integration RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and Vector Databases ERP, CRM, and Accounting Software Integration Business Process Automation (n8n, Make, Zapier) Cloud Deployment and DevOps (AWS, Docker, Nginx, CI/CD) Data Analytics and Reporting Preferred Experience Business Development and Lead Management Tendering, Bid Management, and Proposal Preparation Accounts Payable and Receivable Automation Financial Reporting and Compliance Processes Contract Management and Document Intelligence Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field Minimum 3 years of experience in AI, Automation, Digital Transformation, or Business Process Management Interested candidates may share their resume and portfolio om hr@pentacle.global
