About the Role
Build the reusable AI agents that power the next generation of finance and operations. As an AI Agent Product Engineer, you will take agents from idea to production, combining strong software engineering with thoughtful product judgment.
What You Will Do
- Design agent workflows, tool calling, memory and human-in-the-loop controls
- Build reusable services and integrations for finance and operations use cases
- Create evaluations, test suites and quality metrics for agent behavior
- Improve reliability, observability, latency, cost and security in production
- Work closely with product, ERP and domain teams to turn real problems into useful AI capabilities
- Experiment quickly, learn from evidence and ship improvements with clear ownership
- Verify AI-generated output and design safeguards for high-impact workflows
What You Bring
- 2 to 6 years in software, product or applied AI engineering
- Strong Python or TypeScript skills and experience building APIs
- Practical experience with LLMs, tool calling, retrieval or agent orchestration
- Testing, debugging and production-quality engineering habits
- Curiosity, adaptability and a bias toward measurable outcomes
Preferred
- Experience with evaluation frameworks, observability or prompt/version management
- Cloud platforms, queues, databases and secure enterprise integrations
- Finance, operations or ERP domain exposure
