Forvis Mazars is looking for an AI Adoption & Enablement Specialist to join our Business Service Team AI Innovation in Pune.
In this exciting role, you'll be at the heart of our AI journey, helping teams understand, adopt, and maximize the value of AI solutions while ensuring initiatives move smoothly from idea to implementation.
What You'll Do Partner with business teams to shape AI ideas into well-defined use cases
Coordinate the AI approvals process and keep initiatives moving forward
Maintain and report on the portfolio of AI projects across the firm
Support AI adoption, communications, and engagement activities
Create meaningful reports and insights using tools such as Excel and Power BI
Act as a trusted guide for stakeholders navigating AI tools, processes, and governance
What We're Looking For 1-3 years of experience in stakeholder management, project coordination, change management, adoption, or business support roles
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Experience with Excel, Power BI, reporting, or portfolio tracking
Curiosity and enthusiasm for AI technologies and responsible AI practices
Ability to manage multiple priorities while collaborating across diverse teams
Location: Pune, India
