Patient A/R Follow-Up Specialist - Home Health RCM

Key Responsibilities

• Manage patient balance collections.
• Explain EOBs and patient responsibilities.
• Support payment arrangements and collections.
• Resolve billing disputes and patient inquiries.
• Coordinate with billing and insurance teams.

General Requirements

• Home Health or Post-Acute Care experience is mandatory.
• Strong English communication skills.

• Exposure to multi-payer environments preferred.
