Role & responsibilities:

A.Polyhouse & Microclimate Management

1.Climate optimization: Monitor and adjust temperature, humidity, and light levels inside the polyhouse to match specific crop growth stages.

2.Irrigation scheduling: Design and oversee fertigation (nutrient-enriched irrigation) recipes and automated watering schedules.

3.Integrated Pest Management (IPM): Implement strict biosecurity and pest control measures tailored to high-humidity, enclosed spaces.

B.Fogger & Automation System Maintenance

1.Humidity control: Operate and maintain high-pressure fogging/misting systems to manage vapor pressure deficit (VPD) and cooling.

2.Water quality tracking: Regularly check fogger nozzles for

buildup, and pressure drops.

C.Structural & Operational Oversight

1.Structural auditing: Inspect polyhouse film, polycarbonate sheets, shade nets, and structural framing for tears, degradation, or structural stress.

2.Emergency troubleshooting: Respond immediately to structural vulnerabilities caused by high winds, heavy rain, or mechanical fan/vent failures.
