Process: Customer Service Executive - Marathi

Location: Wagle Estate, Thane

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries and provide timely resolutions.
• Deliver excellent customer service over calls.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Adhere to process guidelines and quality standards.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate (Freshers can apply)
• Graduation in Agriculture is mandatory.
• Excellent communication skills in Marathi.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Customer-focused approach and willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Salary & Benefits:

• CTC: 25,000 per month
• In-hand Salary: 20,000 per month
• Centralized pick-up and drop facility from Thane Railway Station.

Shift Details:

• Rotational Shift: 7:00 AM - 9:00 PM
• Week Off: 1 Rotational Off
