job description for the Agriculture Advisor role:

AgriBird Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Agriculture Advisor to provide crop-specific agronomy support to farmers. This role primarily involves delivering advisory services through phone calls and digital platforms, helping farmers improve productivity using scientific and regenerative farming practices.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide agronomic guidance to farmers via phone calls and software-based platforms.

2. Support farmers with crop planning, sowing schedules, nutrient management, and pest and disease control.

3. Promote regenerative and sustainable agricultural practices related to our products and allied solutions.

4. Collaborate with internal teams to drive farmer success initiatives.

5. Build long-term relationships with farmers through consistent and reliable support.
