Senior Marketing / AGM (Tactical Level) Core Role:

Translate the VP s strategy into actionable marketing plans and ensure execution through the team.

Key KRAs:

• Campaign Planning Execution
  • Conceptualize strategic experience-driven marketing plans
  • Design and implement marketing campaigns (digital + offline)
  • Coordinate with creative, media, and PR agencies
  • Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables
• Team Management
  • Supervise marketing executives and delegate work effectively
  • Ensure quality, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines
• Market Insights Analysis
  • Track campaign performance and competitor activity

Qualifications:
