AGM / Senior Manager - Landscape Architect

Role & responsibilities

Lead landscape design of projects along with its planning, and coordination to be done for execution of real estate projects .

Coordinate with architects, consultants, MEP, civil, and project teams.

Review landscape drawings, BOQs, specifications, and material selections.

Monitor site execution, quality, timelines, and design compliance.

Manage landscape consultants, contractors, and vendors.

Ensure effective integration of hardscape, softscape, irrigation, and landscape lighting.

Manage budgets, quantities, and project variations.

Ensure sustainable and aesthetically appealing landscape development.

Conduct site inspections and resolve design/execution issues.

Report to landscape head and be an integral senior part of design team .

Preferred candidate profile

B.Arch. with a Masters degree in Landscape Architecture, along with 12-15 years of relevant experience, preferably in the real estate industry.
