AGM Quality (QC/QA) - Highway Project

Role & responsibilities

• Lead and manage the QC/QA team and oversee all quality-related activities at the project site.
• Ensure quality compliance across earthwork, pavement, bituminous works, concrete works, and structures.
• Monitor material testing, laboratory operations, and quality inspections as per project specifications.
• Ensure implementation of QAPs, ITPs, MoRTH specifications, IRC codes, and relevant IS standards.
• Review and approve quality reports, test results, inspection records, and other quality documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, Independent/Authority Engineers, consultants, and third-party laboratories for inspections and approvals.
• Identify quality deviations, manage NCRs, and ensure timely corrective and preventive actions.
• Conduct quality audits and coordinate with execution teams to maintain project quality standards.

Preferred candidate profile

Extensive QC/QA experience in National Highway, Expressway, or Road Construction projects, including team leadership and project-level quality management.

Educational Qualification

B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering; relevant higher qualifications preferred.
