AGM or DGM - Information Technology

Role Summary

Lead the organization's IT strategy, digital transformation initiatives, ERP ecosystem,
cybersecurity, network infrastructure, cloud platforms, and enterprise applications across corporate
offices and project sites.

Key Responsibilities

ERP & Business Applications

• Lead ERP implementation, support, upgrades, integrations, and process automation.
• Manage modules including Finance, HR, Payroll, Procurement, Inventory, Stores, and
  Asset Management.
• Drive user adoption, training, and continuous improvement.

Infrastructure & Network Management

• Manage Windows Servers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Backup, and Virtualization
  platforms.
• Configure and maintain LAN, WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi, switches, routers, and firewalls.
• Lead cloud infrastructure initiatives on Azure and AWS.

IT Strategy & Digital Transformation

• Drive IT roadmap, digital transformation, automation, and technology modernization
  initiatives.
• Align technology solutions with business objectives.
• Establish IT governance, policies, and best practices.

Enterprise IT Operations

• Manage IT infrastructure and operations across corporate and project locations.
• Ensure system availability, scalability, business continuity, and disaster recovery.
• Manage IT budgets, software licenses, AMCs, and technology investments.

Cybersecurity & Information Security

• Implement cybersecurity frameworks, endpoint protection, firewall management, and
  access controls.
• Conduct security audits, vulnerability assessments, and compliance reviews.
• Monitor and mitigate cybersecurity risks and incidents.

Communication & Collaboration Systems

• Administer Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, and video conferencing
  solutions.
• Manage enterprise email, intercom, IP telephony, and communication systems.

Site Technology & Surveillance

• Oversee CCTV, biometric attendance, access control, Qube systems, and remote site IT
  infrastructure.
• Ensure uninterrupted connectivity and technology support across project locations.

Data & Analytics

• Drive data governance, MIS reporting, dashboards, and business intelligence initiatives.
• Support analytics-driven decision-making and data security compliance.

Vendor & Team Management

• Manage IT vendors, consultants, contracts, and service providers.
• Lead and mentor IT teams across multiple locations.
• Monitor SLA performance and technology service delivery.
