Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage litigation matters related to corporate law, including drafting legal documents and providing litigation support.
  
• Review legal documentation for accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  
• Oversee the management of litigation cases from initiation to resolution.
  
• Provide expertise on various aspects of corporate law, including contracts, agreements, and regulatory requirements.
  
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve disputes through negotiation or mediation when necessary.

• Mointoring and Managing the work progress of team and regular meeting with the team members and regular advise to all the team members of Legal & Secretariate department.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 10-15 years of experience in a similar role within an Financial industry setting (Banking, NBFC, Broking, Insurance etc)
  
• LLB (Any Specialization) degree required along with CS.
  
• Strong understanding of corporate law principles and practices; knowledge of relevant regulations and statutes.
  
• Excellent analytical skills with ability to review complex legal documents quickly accurately.
