AGM- IT Infrastructure And Security

Key Responsibilities

1. IT Infrastructure Strategy & Operations

• Develop and execute the enterprise IT Infrastructure strategy aligned with business growth and expansion.
• Design and manage highly available network, server, cloud, storage, backup, endpoint, and communication infrastructure.
• Standardize IT architecture across all corporate offices, project sites, sales galleries, Airports and regional offices.
• Ensure enterprise-wide infrastructure availability, performance, scalability, and resilience.

2. Information Security & Cybersecurity

• Establish and implement an enterprise Information Security Framework.
• Develop cybersecurity policies, standards, and operating procedures.
• Lead Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing (VAPT), Security Operations, Endpoint Security, Identity & Access Management, and Privileged Access Controls.
• Ensure continuous monitoring and incident response.
• Build a cyber-aware organization through regular awareness programs.

3. Governance, Risk & Compliance

• Establish IT Governance aligned with business objectives.
• Develop IT policies, SOPs, and internal control frameworks.
• Drive compliance with applicable standards and regulations, including:
• ISO 27001
• SOC (where applicable)
• CERT-In advisories
• Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP)
• SEBI requirements related to listed entities (where applicable)
• Support Internal Audit, Statutory Audit, Information Security Audit, and Risk Assessments.
• Maintain IT Risk Register and remediation plans.

4. IPO Readiness & Enterprise Controls

• Build the IT control environment required for IPO readiness.
• Establish governance around:
• Change Management
• Access Management
• Asset Management
• Configuration Management
• Vendor Risk Management
• Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery
• Ensure IT documentation, evidence, and audit trails meet due diligence requirements.
• Partner with Finance, Secretarial, Legal, Risk, and Internal Audit teams to support IPO preparedness and ongoing compliance.

5. Cloud, Data Centre & Business Continuity

• Lead cloud strategy and enterprise infrastructure modernization.
• Define Backup, Disaster Recovery (DR), and Business Continuity (BCP) frameworks.
• Conduct periodic DR drills and ensure recovery objectives are achieved.
• Improve infrastructure reliability through automation and proactive monitoring.

6. Vendor & Commercial Management

• Manage strategic technology partners and service providers.
• Negotiate enterprise contracts, SLAs, AMCs, and managed service agreements.
• Drive cost optimization while maintaining service quality.

7. IT Service Management

• Establish ITIL-based service management practices.
• Define and monitor SLAs for service delivery.
• Improve end-user experience through effective IT support operations.
• Implement proactive monitoring and service reporting.

8. Leadership & Capability Development

• Build and mentor a high-performing Infrastructure & Security team.
• Define KPIs and governance cadence for infrastructure operations.
• Foster a culture of operational excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education

• B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or equivalent.
• MBA (preferred).

Experience

• 1520+ years of experience in Enterprise IT Infrastructure, Information Security, and IT Governance.
• Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Experience in Real Estate, Infrastructure, Construction, Manufacturing, Hospitality, or similar multi-location businesses preferred.
• Proven experience in establishing enterprise IT functions for a growing organization.
• Demonstrated involvement in IPO readiness, governance, audit support, or listed company compliance will be highly preferred.
