AGM / GM - Project Management

Role & responsibilities

1. Plan, monitor, and control overall project management execution for Coal Handling Plant (CHP)/ Ash Handling Plant (AHP) projects to ensure timely completion.

2. Coordinate with site teams, engineering, procurement, and construction departments for smooth project execution.

3. Monitor project schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and progress against approved project plans.

4. Liaise with clients, consultants, and vendors to resolve project-related issues and ensure compliance with contractual requirements.

5. Review project progress reports, identify risks, implement corrective actions, and ensure adherence to quality, safety, and company standards.
