Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the HR function for the organization across all business units and projects.
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals in the real estate sector.
• Oversee Talent Acquisition for project, corporate, sales, and site-level hiring.
• Drive Employee Engagement, Performance Management, and Retention initiatives.
• Handle statutory compliance, labor laws, and contractor workforce management.
• Implement Learning & Development programs for technical, sales, and managerial staff.
• Partner with leadership for succession planning and workforce planning for projects.
• Establish strong HR policies, procedures, and systems ensuring smooth operations.
• Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary processes effectively.
• Recruitment Process .
• Drive HR automation and digital HR practices for efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent.
• 12-16 years of HR leadership experience, preferably in Real Estate companies.
• Strong knowledge of labour laws, compliance, and workforce management (onsite & corporate).
• Proven experience in building and leading HR teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
