Role & responsibilities

• Ensuring all the compliances for JSW GBS Entity including below:

Direct Tax related matters

Indirect tax related matters

PF, PT, NPS etc.

Internal and external Audit

Ensuring monthly billing to all the group entities.

• Proficient in preparation of Entity Annual Budget and socializing with various stakeholders for correct inputs.
• Present Budget to top managements with comparative analytics remarks and executive summary.
• Month end book closure and profitability analysis including YTD Actual vs Budget.
• Identify opportunities for improvement in processes and systems, and make appropriate recommendations.
• Experience in capitalization of assets and ensure the physical verification as per company plan
• Should have worked on SAP Finance Module.
• Good knowledge of excel and PowerPoints presentation.
• Liaising with group company for funds and ensure all the statutory and vendors payments in time.
• Proficient in identifying the potential issues, deviations and noncompliance to ensure the action well before the timelines.
• Ensure adherence to all statutory and legal requirements
• Acumen in managing stressed timelines and able to manage multiple projects timelines.
• Person would be responsible for overall Finance and Accounts function including all the compliance for Shared Service entity.

Preferred candidate profile

• CA with minimum 8-12 years of post-qualification experience in corporate accounts and Taxation
• Experience in Shared Services/ BPO would be an added advantage
