About this role
- Preparation of the Joint Venture's Five-Year Business Plan and Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
- Review and monitoring of CAPEX and OPEX plans. Management of surplus funds through investments in mutual funds for optimal fund utilization, Dividend declaration and cash flow oversight.
- Monthly review of JV performance and preparation of weekly and monthly MIS reports.
- Timely reporting including quarterly and annual financial statements and periodic business updates.
- Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, Shareholders' Agreement (SHA), and audit requirements.
- Coordinating with Statutory & Internal Auditors and ensuring timely completion of Audits.
- Ensuring conducting of Committee Meetings & Board Meetings as required by Statute.
- Leading business process improvements and system enhancement initiatives as Head of IT.
- Debt Funding Term Loan/Working Capital.
