Looking for an Experience Finance & Accounts person With CA Qualified ||

For Thailand Location || Can be join in 35 to 40 Dyas

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, MIS and management reporting for the business/plant.
• Manage monthly/annual closing, P&L, balance sheet, cash flow and financial consolidation.
• Ensure strong control over accounts payable, receivables, working capital, taxation and statutory compliance.
• Drive costing, variance analysis, profitability analysis and cost-control initiatives to improve margins.
• Handle internal, statutory and tax audits, ensuring timely closure of audit observations.
• Partner with Plant/Business, Commercial, Purchase and Operations teams for financial decision-making and business support.
• Monitor inventory valuation, product costing, capex, fixed assets and financial controls.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act and applicable accounting standards.
• Lead and mentor the Finance & Accounts team, improving processes, controls and reporting accuracy.
• Support ERP/finance system implementation, process automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
