AGM / DGM Quality Assurance

• Experience: 20+ years
• Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm in Quality Assurance
• Provide independent oversight of QA approvals, decisions and QMS operations to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Conduct QA self-inspections and identify systemic improvement opportunities.
• Monitor QA KPIs, including RFT, cycle time, CAPA, deviations, OOS and change controls.
• Review risk assessments and root cause analyses for scientific and regulatory adequacy.
• Drive continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring GDP, ALCOA+ and CSV compliance.
• Lead Management Review Meetings and align quality objectives with business goals.
• Strong expertise in GLP, GMP, ISO/IEC 17025, NABL, USFDA and CDSCO regulations.
• Demonstrated leadership, mentoring and stakeholder management skills.
