Mall Technical Head-Mechanical/Electrical/ Plumbing (MEP) Engineering

Job Description

• Supervision of the project MEP, DG, Substation, Electrical & Mechnical Mall/retail maintenance Execution and fitouts work of the departmental Technician / Contractor staff/ labor regarding the installation of the MEP System at site.
• Analyze Electrical, Mechanical and Plumbing engineering problems and formulate solutions.
• Monitoring project activity cost estimates and ensure that the right specification in line with approved designs is available at the project site.
• Review drawings for compliance with the design.
• Undertake general project site observation/inspection work of the Electrical/ mechanical services of the Contractors.
• Ensure testing, air conditioning duct leakage testing, and other testing that may be required.
• Attend project, site progress, and any mechanical services-related technical meetings as directed by the MEP/ Head project manager.
  

Desired Profile :

• Engineering Graduate - Electrical/ Mechanical/ HVAC.
• Gurgaon residential would be preferred.
• Should have leadership qualities to mange the big team of Electrical / Mech Engineers.
• Should be a highly self-motivated, ambitious and result oriented individual
• A person with a high sense of urgency and a pro-active approach to problem solving
• High energy and action oriented with professional presence
• Knowledge of high rising building systems, energy technologies, green building and high-performance design
• Knowledge of MEP construction and subcontracting (electrical and controls preferred)
• Knowledge of energy efficiency, performance contracting, building management system
