AGM/DGM - Liaison (Revenue)

Liaise with Revenue Department authorities, Tehsildar offices, Collector offices, and other statutory bodies to obtain land-related approvals, permissions, and clearances required for project execution.

• Manage and maintain all land records and revenue documentation, including mutation entries, 7/12 extracts, property cards, Non-Agricultural (NA) permissions, title verification documents, and ownership-related records.
  
• Coordinate with various government departments and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with applicable land laws, approval requirements, and statutory obligations.
  
• Track the status of approvals, permissions, and revenue-related applications, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution of issues to avoid project delays.
  
• Support the Legal and Project Management teams in matters related to land acquisition, due diligence, title scrutiny, agreement execution, and documentation processes.
  
• Facilitate interactions with local authorities, consultants, advocates, and landowners to address land-related concerns and expedite approval processes.
  
• Ensure accurate record-keeping and timely submission of documents required for land conversion, subdivision, amalgamation, and other revenue matters.
  
• Monitor changes in land and revenue regulations and provide necessary support to ensure organizational compliance with applicable statutory requirements.
  
• Prepare reports, status updates, and documentation related to land acquisitions, approvals, and revenue matters for management review and decision-making
