AGM / DGM - Key Account Management

The AGM/DGM Key Account Management will be responsible for strengthening customer relationships, driving business growth within existing accounts, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring excellence in after-sales operations and service delivery across PAN India.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Account Growth

Drive business expansion within existing customer accounts

Identify and develop new business opportunities across PAN India

Build long-term partnerships and strong customer engagement

Manage customer onboarding and account lifecycle

Customer Relationship & Site Operations

Maintain strong site-level relationships

Handle invoice clearance and operational grievance resolution

Maintain complete and accurate site information

Conduct site surveys and coordinate machine deployment

Coordinate with technical teams and operators for issue resolution

Execute and coordinate decommissioning activities

Contract & Commercial Management

Track contract escalations, renewals, expiry, and execution

Ensure commercial offer acceptance for parts/services

Help in get the outstanding payments clearance from Customer

Manage confirmed orders through commissioning at existing sites

Working knowledge of legal and commercial contracts

CRM Leadership & Operational Excellence

Lead CRM department and manage a team of 6 CS Executives

Implement new business and operational development tools

Strengthen after-sales processes and customer support systems

Maintain CRM standards and customer database accuracy
