Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the complete Engineering & Maintenance function across manufacturing facilities.
• Develop and implement preventive, predictive and reliability-centred maintenance strategies.
• Ensure optimum availability and reliability of all manufacturing equipment and utilities.
• Drive equipment uptime, asset lifecycle management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor maintenance KPIs including MTBF, MTTR, breakdown analysis and maintenance cost optimization.
• Ensure statutory compliance for all engineering assets and utility systems.

Education : BE /ME Mechanical

Experience : 15-300 years of relevant experience in Engineering, Maintenance and Projects with 5 Years in a Leadership Role.

Experience in API, Pharmaceutical manufacturing is mandatory.

Key Role : Proven experience in leading end-to-end Brownfield Expansion Projects, including conceptual design, detailed engineering, project planning, CAPEX management, equipment selection, procurement support, installation, commissioning, qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ), validation, regulatory readiness, and successful handover of facilities and equipment within approved timelines and budgets.
