AGM/DGM - Finance

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Monitor credit risk exposure of term loans and working capital facilities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Develop financial models to analyze creditworthiness of borrowers and identify potential risks.
• Conduct regular reviews of CMA data to detect early warning signs of default (EWS) and take corrective action as needed.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop strategies for mitigating credit risk.

Job Requirements :

• 8-20 years of experience in banking or finance industry, preferably in credit monitoring or analysis role.
• Strong understanding of financial modeling techniques and ability to build complex models using tools like Excel or specialized software.
• Proficiency in analyzing large datasets such as CMA data sets for identifying trends and patterns.
