AGM / DGM Crusher Operations

• We are seeking experienced and dynamic professionals for the position of Assistant General Manager (AGM) / Deputy General Manager (DGM) -- Stone Crusher Operations and mining operations to oversee and manage complete crusher plant maintenance & operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end crusher plant operations including production, maintenance, and dispatch activities.
• Ensure achievement of daily, weekly and monthly production targets with optimum plant efficiency.
• Supervise operation and maintenance of crushers, vibrating screens, conveyors, feeders, and related equipment.
• Plan and implement preventive and breakdown maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
• Monitor product quality, plant productivity, and operational performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Handle manpower planning, shift management, and workforce productivity.
• Coordinate with mining, logistics, procurement, and management teams for smooth operations.
• Analyze operational costs and implement cost-control measures.
• Prepare MIS reports, production reports, maintenance reports, and operational analysis for management review.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve plant efficiency and reduce operational losses.

Candidate Profile

• Strong experience in stone crusher plant operations & maintenance, and mining stone quarry.
• Proven leadership and team management abilities.
• Sound knowledge of heavy equipment, production planning, and plant safety.
• Ability to manage high-capacity crushing operations independently.
• Experience in mining, aggregates, infrastructure, or cement industries preferred.

Qualification Diploma / B.Tech / BE in Mechanical, Electrical, Mining, or related engineering discipline preferred.

Experience

• AGM: 15-22 years of relevant experience
• DGM: 22-28+ years of relevant experience
