AGM / DGM - Contracts Administration

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage contract administration, claims management, and arbitration processes for Highrise and commercial projects.
• Conduct delay analysis and prepare reports to support claim settlement negotiations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve contractual issues and ensure compliance with FIDIC standards.
• Provide expert advice on contract interpretation, risk assessment, and dispute resolution strategies.

Job Requirements :

• 15-30 years of experience in contract management, contracting, or a related field within the oil & gas industry.
• Strong understanding of FIDIC contracts and their application in international construction projects.
• Proven track record in managing complex claims from initiation to settlement through arbitration or negotiation.
