AGM/DGM Construction (Commercial Real Estate) | Ludhiana

• Lead end-to-end construction execution of commercial real estate projects.
• Ensure project delivery within approved timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Manage project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors for seamless execution.
• Supervise RCC, finishing, MEP, and fit-out works at site.
• Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and construction methodologies.
• Monitor project progress and resolve technical and operational issues.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations, statutory requirements, and company policies.
• Control project costs, contractor billing, and budget utilization.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits.
• Manage contractor performance, work orders, and contractual compliance.
• Drive quality assurance initiatives and implementation of best construction practices.
• Prepare MIS reports and project status updates for management review.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Liaise with local authorities and regulatory agencies for approvals and compliance.

Compensation

• CTC: Up to 25 LPA
• Location: Ludhiana, Punjab.
