AGM/ DGM- Business Development

Role & responsibilities

• Identify new land acquisition and joint development opportunities aligned with the company's growth strategy
• Conduct detailed feasibility studies, including financial modelling, IRR analysis, cash flow projections, and sensitivity analysis
• Evaluate land parcels from commercial, regulatory, and legal feasibility perspectives
• Participate in and manage tendering processes, including bid preparation and documentation
• Perform in-depth market research, particularly within the Bengal real estate market
• Develop financial models and investment appraisals using advanced Excel tools
• Prepare high-quality presentations and investment notes for senior management decision-making
• Coordinate with legal teams for due diligence and land documentation review
• Engage with landowners, brokers, government authorities, and consultants
• Track competitor developments, pricing trends, and regulatory changes
• Travel extensively for site visits, negotiations, and market intelligence gathering
• Work under tight deadlines and high-pressure situations during bid and acquisition cycles

Preferred candidate profile

• B.Com,& MBA in Finance /Marketing
• Minimum 7 years of experience in real estate business development
• Strong expertise in financial modelling and feasibility analysis
• Excellent command over Microsoft Excel (advanced financial modelling)
• Background or exposure to legal aspects of land acquisition preferred
• Strong understanding of the Bengal real estate market
